Assessment of Local Fiscal Transparency in BiH

The research project “Assessment of Local Fiscal Transparency in BiH”, financially supported by Open Society Fund BiH, was aimed at enhancing the process of budget planning and execution at the local government level in BiH.

As part of the research, the BiH legal framework and local practice was analyzed in line with international norms and standards of budget transparency.

As a result of this project, a research report with recommendations for an enhanced legal framework was published, in order to increase transparency of the budget process at the local level in BiH.
