This brief analyses the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement which regulate the publishing of public procurement contracts. It detects problems which run counter to the principle of transparency. The main findings unambiguously point to the need for a thorough legislation reform, and the brief offers specific suggestion as to how to improve some of the provisions.

At the end of this brief author Pejaković provides set of recommendations for improving the system of public procurement.
