Although the legal and institutional framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina related to the collection and recording of data on discrimination is relatively well defined, this publication suggests that collection of such data is highly neglected in practice. In this context, the author points out the key problems in this area and the necessary steps to be taken in order to successfully overcome them.
The policy brief is prepared as part of the project “A Comprehensive Overview of the Anti-Discrimination Framework and Practice in BiH in Comparative Perspective,” implemented by Analitika. This project represents the policy segment of the “Anti-Discrimination Program,” coordinated and funded by the Open Society Fund Bosnia and Herzegovina.
