Organizational Development Grant / Think Tank Fund, Open Society Foundations

In May 2015, Analitika began implementing a two-year organizational development project for policy research organizations/think tanks, financially supported by the Think Tank Fund of the Open Society Foundations.

Within this project, Analitika will primarily work on development of internal procedures/policies directed at streamlining the quality of research, communication and outreach, advocacy capacities, as well as improvements on managerial skills and capacities for key staff. Thus, the overall development of Analitika in the next two to three years will be its contribution to stabilization, consolidation and institutionalization of basic preconditions - in terms of policies, procedures and capacities - all necessary for sustainable development of the organization in the longer term.
