Numerous opinion polls, statements from the judiciary, and media reports speak of a continuous weakening of trust in judicial institutions, and the need to take decisive action in order to rebuild the trust of the public and citizens in the BiH judicial system.
The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina is carrying out preparatory activities for the development of the Strategy of Care for Persons Who Come in Contact with Prosecutors’ Offices in BiH as part of the project Support to the Judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Strengthening Prosecutors in the Criminal Justice System, financed by the Government of Switzerland. Its main objectives are to increase confidence in the prosecutor's office among citizens and those who come in contact with the office, as well as improving access to justice. This project is a part of the broader project for Support to the Judiciary.
The aim of Analitika’s research is to determine the factual basis of the current situation and collect all relevant information with the aim of defining recommendations for the development of the Strategy of Care for Persons Who Come in Contact with Prosecutors’ Offices in BiH.
