Financial Assessment and Budgeting of Public Policy Proposals

In order for public policies to be successful, it is necessary to allocate resources for their implementation. Adequate budgeting of public policy proposals is not always easy and requires the acquisition of planning skills and knowledge of analytical tools to assess the financial implications of proposed policies. This training aims to introduce civil servants with the necessary concepts and tools for developing financially sustainable public policies.

This training is part of the project “Policies through Knowledge: Improving Policy-making Capacities and Processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina” which is implemented by the Center for Social Research Analitika and the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael, in partnership with the Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
