In the light of current socio-economic reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), policy study “Flexible Labour in Inflexible environment” analyzes current trends, the dynamics and important institutes of BiH labor market in a comparative perspective.

This policy report aims to analyze the extent to which the legal framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina ensures transparency in the entire procurement process, from the planning stage to the execution of the contract.

The aim of this study is to find answers to the question whether the existing legal framework in BiH meets the requirements of efficient legal protection in public procurement procedures from the perspective of the relevant EU legal standards. In this sense, the study suggests the direction of a possible legal intervention which could improve the legal protection rules in public procurement procedures in BiH with regard to the relevant European and comparative law.

Center for Social Research Analitika published a report entitled “Mapping of Key Obstacles to Equal Participation of Private Companies in Public Procurement in Bosnia and Herzegovina” based on findings of research conducted during 2014, with the aim of mapping the main obstacles faced by private companies in the public procurement in BiH.

The research presented in this study was conducted in order to systematically learn about the countrywide practices of local communities in BiH, and to offer broad recommendations for improving local community work in BiH.

In the new study published by Analitika, author Alen Rajko analyzes how is the proactive disclosure of information, as an inseparable part of the right to access information, regulated in Bosnia and Herzegovina and, on the basis of these findings, suggests necessary interventions in legislation.

The report “Prosecuting Hate Crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina: The Prosecutors' Perspective” identifies key obstacles to the prosecution of hate crimes in the country. 

“From Collection to Prevention: Preconditions for Comprehensive Gathering of Information on Discrimination in Bosnia and Herzegovina” is the title of the fourth in a series of analytical studies on the  anti-discrimination law and the practice of its implementation in BiH. The study, written by Emina Ćerimović and Dženana Hrlović, was published by Analitika in 2013.
 

Analitika's report "A City's Decline: Reasons for the Deterioration of Public Spaces in Sarajevo Neighborhoods and Proposed Solutions," written by Mirna Jusić, offers the results of research that was aimed at identifying the key reasons for the continuous decline of public spaces in Sarajevo neighborhoods.
