Relevant international standards, past analysis and expert opinions in this filed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, key secondary sources about this issue generally and consultations with stakeholders, primarily those from the NGO sector and academia, were our foundation in making comments on the actual Draft of the Human Rights Ombudsman Law in BiH. Main goal of this policy memo is to in a concrete and augmented way point out key weaknesses of the Draft and to recommend possible changes.
