Adela Bejtović Janušić

Bio

Adela Bejtović Janušić graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo. Since 2008, after passig the bar exame, she has been working as an Advisor in the Cabinet of the President of Municipal Court in Sarajevo. She participated actively in judicial reform processes and was a member of working groups for drafting and passing The Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of FBiH and The Law on Amendments to the Law on Execution of Criminal Sanctions of FBiH. Currently, she is working on her master's thesis at the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, the international direction. Beside BiH, additional professional trainings in the area of  criminal justice reform, organized crime, asset forfeiture, international legal cooperation, alternative dispute resolution, access to justice and judicial reform attended in the USA and several European countries. She published scientific papers and participated in seminars and conferences in the area of her expertise.
