Amir Bajrić

Bio

Amir Bajrić worked as a trainee at Human Rights Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina after which he continued his career in the Human Rights Commission within the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In January 2005 he started working as a case coordinator at the Registry Office – Department for Support to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and from September as their legal associate. Ever since 2007, he has been working for the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina as their legal expert associate. He worked as a researcher on the Case of Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Serbia and Montenegro at the ICJ court in The Hague. He took part in several domestic and international expert conferences and seminars and held lectures on the topic of practical application of the Law on Protection of Witnesses under Threat and Vulnerable Witnesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a co-author he published two papers on the status of human rights in regulations and practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina in war crimes cases.
